Hi, I’m Chelsea Dubay. I’m a wife to my high school crush, a mom of four, and a proud West Michigan Realtor who has built a career around helping families feel at home.

I’m a Rockford girl through and through. I grew up here, surrounded by the people and places that shaped who I am, and I came back home to raise our own kids in the same community. That small-town connection and love for “home” drives how I serve my clients every single day.

Before real estate, I spent years in the medical field. It was a career grounded in compassion, problem-solving, and trust. Those same values guide me as an agent. Whether I’m negotiating for my clients, prepping a home for market, or celebrating closing day, I lead with care, clarity, and confidence.

Real estate isn’t just a job for me. It’s a calling I’ve carried for years. Last year, I was named a Top 500 agent with the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors. I also co-founded She Connects Rockford. Staying connected to this community matters to me, in and out of work.
